This innovative underground luxury house is meticulously designed to take advantage of the natural environment. The unique build uses bright and light features, earth against the walls and on the roof and the curved retaining wall as a distinctive feature of the house.

A bespoke design capitalises on views with full-wide north-facing windows on both levels. The special arrangement is dynamic and engaging with light wells and views drawing you into the generous open plan principal living spaces. Being built beneath the ground, the builder provided some curved walls to blend in with the surrounding landscape.

The ecological approach is a cost-effective way of sustainable living, for example, the north facing side of the house offers beautiful natural light as well as seasonally appropriate heating and cooling options.
